今天预备的下午茶——火腿面包。
今早在公司吃的早餐——楼下untie卖的Nasi Lemak。很美味! :〉
自从怀孕后,食量就渐渐大起来。前3个月还好,因为常常感觉恶心,所以,吃得不那么多。但第4个月开始后,我1天就要吃5次!
首先是上班前在家喝一杯茶+面包。到公司前,又为自己买一些轻便的早餐,因为每次到了公司就会饿,不然就从家里带些面包去。到了午餐时间又吃一餐;放工之前又会吃一些东西、像水果或是糕点,不然在晚餐之前会很饿。
我的晚餐通常在8点,夜一点吃比较可以耐饿,不然又要吃宵夜了。。。。。。

i also wish i can eat whatever i want whenever i feel like wanna eat... but i'm not pregnant, too bad...
be careful oh... later if u wan slimming back after delivered... very hard oh.. haha.. but avoid oily food.. ok lah...

how many months is ur bb now? how many kg u gained since pregnant? if before delivery, ur gain not more than 13kg, then sud be ok..i gained about 10kg, so can slim back quite fast..
just eat normal, dont double up ur meal..if hungry drink milk(anmum). yes, dont eat so oily..especially nasi lemak ler..
irene, now already 4 months, 55.7kg, before is 51.5.Doctor said normal. i don't like milk leh. ok, will be careful, won't become a fat untie. hehe!!
