最近，办公室室里除了是非以外，讨论得最热烈的就是herbalife的减肥代餐！我即将要结婚的同事便吃这个品牌的减肥代餐而瘦了14 公斤！现在的体重比我还轻！我们真的是她的最佳见证人。看着她的size由L变S 。本来我也抱着不看好的心态，心想怎么可能三餐都只吃这个？结果事实让我跌破眼镜！
我的同事除了吃代餐，还有吃瘦身丸和搽他们的减肥产品，所以说，只要有恒心，没有什么是做不到的！我公司已经有5位女同事在吃herbalife了，每个都有瘦到哦！最少的都有瘦4公斤，很令人心动！我也决定吃瘦下半身的药丸和排水茶，要RM150 。因为我不是很肥，只是生后肚子瘦不会，还有屁股也大了一些，但是体重还是维持在53公斤。要我不吃东西，只吃代餐是很难啦，我很贪吃的。我的同事说那个药丸和茶是真正让你瘦的产品，代餐只是补充营养。
上个星期六我当ifeel girl search 07的评审，看了那些年轻少女。有的跟我身高一样，但却轻我10公斤，天啊！我真的要减肥了！还有，看了照片，自己有点“富太”的感觉，再也不年轻了。。。'T_T"

我好像看她的照片哦！她竟然瘦了這麽多！厲害！可是瘦這麽多，她有沒有運動讓肌肉緊實囘呢？如果你之後有出席她的婚禮，可以把照片上傳上來嗎？好想念公司的朋友們哦！^^

why the herbalife ppl not told me the slimming pil one??

hey, my colleague spent almost 3 or 4 months to loss weight but she really din eat anything for whole day, jz drink that shake milk powder, tea and eat pills. She jz eat little bit fruits and vege, she also using slimming cream from herbalife. She jz took her wedding pre shot last night. :)

that pill call Cell-U-Loss，is for slim bottom use. is about RM67. My sister in law also signed may fair and she alreday loss 5kg in RM1399 course but i felt she get back littele fat...ha!
